Good Evening to all who find their way to this blog. It is exactly as it's titled. My rambles and rants. The topics will vary. All are welcome to comment or share a ramble or rant.
This is my therapy.
There are so many things in life that are good as well as bad. We are
bombarded with all the bad yet are sorely lacking in seeing all the
good there is in this world. Most of the good goes unnoticed, but can
be found in the little things that most of us take for
granted.......like a beautiful sunrise or sunset, a phone call from a
friend that had not been heard from in a while, a smile from a passerby,
a "thank you" that wasn't sought. Of course everyone's idea of "good"
can be different, but you get the idea. I challenge everyone to spend a
few hours a day,(at least to start with), actively looking for some
"good" things to brighten your day. You will find that once you start,
you will notice more and more. As the days progress you will find that
you see them more and more and at times you weren't actually looking.
After a time it will change the way you see the world. It can and will
be a "good" day each and every day. It is what you make it.
